Richard Pittman
Richard Pittman, owner, is an expert in food. He has over 30 years experience with emphasis in Culinary Arts, Food Science and Academics. He holds an A.S. in Culinary arts were he crafted his skills over 20 years as a high-end fine dining chef before switching gears to go back to school and achieve a B.S and M.S in Food Science & Technology. He spent 12 years in Tenured Academics in Culinology & Food Science before transferring over to R&D where he spent 12 years refining his Product Development, Strategy and Management skills with the largest food and beverage companies in the world. He specializes in product development, sensory science, operational efficiency, supply chain metrics and logistics, food safety, & food processing and commercialization from dairy to plant based with emphasis in ice cream, tea, coffee, juice, soups, salsas, pizza, cookies, bars, nutritional pre-mixes, and more. He is passionate about work. He strives in a rapid research and scalable environment where passion plus bottom-line profitability equals a successful launch that allows your business to succeed.
